The Ceremonial Hall (169 square metres) on the second floor has a 4.6×5.5m stage. The hall’s chairs are normally placed in front of the chairman’s table. The walls are decorated with paintings of historical figures. Due to the inlaid floor it can accommodate various kinds of events such as concerts, plays, film projecting, conferences. The hall is air-conditioned.
