The Collection of Instruments, one of the youngest collections of the Museum, includes Hungarian and international military-related instruments of wired and wireless communications and telecommunications technology, from field telephones introduced in Austria-Hungary, along the German Enigma cipher machine, to the radio technology used nowadays.
The bulk of the Collection was produced in the 20th century: former soldiers know some of the items very well.
